PRIVATE DINING (MAX 36) :‘South Room’ - Seated, standing, or mixed

• Staffing fee of $30 per hour, per server/bartender

• Optional In-Room Bar ($150 set up fee)

• Prix Fixe family style dinner, appetizers, or both

EVENT (MAX 72 SEATED): ‘North Room’

• Fully custom menu - Prix Fixe family style dinner, appetizers, passed apps, etc

• In-room bar with dedicated bartender(s) and custom beverage menu

• Option to add ‘South Room’, Bar, Patio, or a Full Buyout

North Room

The ‘North Room’, West’s 1000ft2 main event space, accommodates up to 72 seated, and standing room for 90. Available for private dinners, weddings, cocktail parties, and daytime corporate meetings, the room features a wall of North-facing windows, beautiful cork floors, exposed beam ceilings, built-in audio visual, adjustable lighting, and modern in-house furnishings.

South Room

West’s 400ft2 annex, the ‘South Room’, has cool tones, custom sconces, adjustable lighting, built-in surround sound, and a built-in bar that make it a perfect addition for use as bridal suite, cocktail hour, meeting breakouts, or more intimate meals. The South Room is available as an ‘Add on’ for events, or for private dining gatherings for 30 seated or 40 standing.

Expanding on our bar menu with breakfast, lunch, and event-friendly options, West’s in-house catering brings the vibrant culinary flavors and beauty of the West to life for every event. Driven by the seasons and prepared by our incredible culinary team, customized menus are available for any meeting or occasion.
